This privacy policy explains the manner in which Grandview Property Partners, LLC, utilizes and maintains
non-public personal information about our advisory clients, as required under applicable federal law. We
take our responsibility to protect the privacy and confidentiality of any client information very seriously.

Collection of Client Information

We collect personal information about our clients from subscription documents and other information
provided by the client in writing, in person, by telephone, electronically or by any other means.

Disclosure of Non-Public Personal Information

We do not sell or rent client information. Grandview Property Partners, LLC does not share any non-public
personal information with any nonaffiliated third parties, except in the following circumstances:

  • As necessary with affiliates and with others to provide the service that the client has requested
    or authorized, or to maintain and service the client’s account;
  • As required by regulatory authorities, law enforcement officials and other governmental entities
    who have jurisdiction over Grandview Property Partners, LLC or its affiliates; and
  • As otherwise required by any applicable law or legal proceedings, and to the extent reasonably
    necessary to prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions

Protection of Client Information

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to protect
our clients’ non-public personal information. Our policy is to require that all employees, financial
professionals and companies providing services on our behalf keep our client information confidential. In
particular, we restrict access to the personal and account information of clients to those employees who
need to know that information in the course of their job responsibilities. Also, third parties other than
governmental authorities with whom we share client information must agree to follow appropriate
standards of security and confidentiality.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We will not change our privacy policy in the future in a way that affects you without first sending you a
revised privacy policy describing the change.
