GREENWICH, CT, September 8, 2026 – Grandview Property Partners (“Grandview”) today
announced that Evan Abrams has joined as managing director and business leader. In this
role, Mr. Abrams will be responsible for supporting the continued growth and capital
formation of Grandview’s private real estate business.
Mr. Abrams brings more than 20 years of real estate experience spanning capital formation,
investor relations, investments, asset management and lending. Most recently, he served
as managing director and co-head of Global Equity Capital Markets and Investor Relations
at Madison International Realty. He is based in Grandview’s Connecticut office.
Previously, Mr. Abrams was a director at Lazard, where he co-led the US Real Estate and
Real Assets Advisory business within the firm’s Private Capital Advisory group. Earlier in his
career, he held real estate investment and capital formation roles at Hunt Capital Holdings,
Hodes Weill & Associates, Centaur Properties, Credit Suisse and SunTrust Bank. He holds a
bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Richmond and a master’s degree in
business administration in real estate from Columbia Business School.

Artisan Partners (“Artisan”) completed its acquisition of Grandview in January 2026.
Consistent with Artisan’s business model, Grandview operates as an autonomous
investment franchise, combining decades of real estate investment experience with
Artisan’s institutional resources, global distribution capabilities and operating
infrastructure. Grandview remains focused on its longstanding approach to middle-market
real estate, investing dynamically across targeted North American growth markets and
sectors, with an emphasis on industrial, residential, powered land and special situations.
Grandview has raised three discretionary closed-end draw-down funds, along with
associated co-investment vehicles. Fund III was raised while Grandview was engaged in
discussions regarding its combination with Artisan. In keeping with Artisan’s model of
aligned interests and thoughtful growth, we elected not to extend the Fund III fundraising
period or seek additional capital, focusing instead on the transaction and the long-term
opportunity to grow the franchise as part of Artisan.
